Waterstones bookshop question?

I ordered some books off waterstones.com with my giftcard and then changed my mind and cancelled my order, but the money appears not to be on my giftcard anymore. I phoned up, and they said something about an online e-wallet, but I don’t really understand what they were talking about.

Any help will be appreciated.

I’d ring them again and say you don’t understand and ask that someone talk you through exactly what they mean and where your wallet is on your account. That’s what they’re there for! Good luck.
