Do you think people put on an act when browsing in bookshops? Trying to project an image?

I feel for them actually. I’m in the zone when in a bookstore, but in a clothes shop, I’m completely lost. I can relate sort of.

Like Pud, I totally understand! When I’m in shops like River Island etc, I feel totally on edge and a little claustrophobic. A book or music shop? I like them!
