What the best software does bookshop uses?

How about big bookstore like dymocks, angus&robertson, or kinokunia? Does the program to keep track of inventory separated from program to keep track price or for account payable/receivable matter?

I am looking to set up an online bookshop in Australia. Can anyone reccomend a Do-it-yourself ecommerce site?

Can a copy of MS Office 2007 be bought cheaper than the set price dictated by MS and what memory does it need?
