Believe what? asked:

It’s just I thought Racism was against the Western code of conduct? Aren’t we all trying to work together for world peace? Also, why is there geneerally very little information available on Algeria in most British bookshops? It seems we are only taught certain things and not others?

Kai asked:

Mines waterstones. Its the only book shop that looks like a bookshop. With its wonderful wood shelves and sleek black style <3

Poison asked:

This woman has now written to me twice after seeing my picture in the local papers after I’ve done events at the bookshop where I work. She always tries to link what she is saying into whatever the event was, eg. one was a pirate event. She speaks of finding the bible and that a well read bible is the path to true happiness, and that we should beware of pirates trying to lead us astray. I’m slightly freaked out and a bit annoyed that she has targeted me more than once. She has signed the letters and given her address. Should I just assume she is doing what she believes to be God’s work, or write back and tell her to stop pushing her beliefs at me?

I’ve never been that satisfied with my own religion. I find it contradicts itself too much, and has many beautiful parts, but also too many double standards.

I’d like to know more about magic, witchcraft and wicca. I need advice as I will be a complete beginner. What are some books that you’d highly recommend that are not too difficult or heavy going, that outly the basics; as well as teach you to strengthen and focus any abilities that you might already have (I’ve wondered on more than one occasion if i might be slightly psychic - but that’s another story!)

Also, these books have to be relatively easy to obtain in a reputable bookshop or store because I don’t want to go trekking to the far corners of my city (Sydney) to get them.

Also, any advice for complete beginners willing to learn more.

P.S. Nothing too gruesome, I don’t think I want to get into Black Magic or scare myself too soon before I’m ready.

Nic B asked:

Like the Spanish people have the mall : Corte Inglés, I was wondering if there were a mainstream dominating bookshop/store brand in Italy. Thank you.

Clemence asked:
