But first of all, I have never bought anything from Amazon online bookshop; secondly, I don’t have any credit card; thirdly, I already entered my cell phone number but receive nothing after hours. Is that because I live in Taiwan where is too far to receive text message from US?

I tried Ebay and Yahoo auctions but the postage-rates (to the UK) are more than the cost of the book itself! I wouldn’t mind paying the £14 or so from shops but none of the major bookshops in this city stock it.
Does anyone know of any online bookshops that ship from the UK that would stock this book?
