Songs to play on a bookshop speaker system?

I work in a bookshop, (not a small one, a huge chain) and they let the staff create cds to play on the speaker system, but obviously you cant have anything obscene or crude so I don’t know what to pick. Something quite new obviously, but I need a few ideas cause I cant have a whole cd full of The Killers!
